BWRP Engineering is the consulting practice of Bernard Pratz. The firm holds the conviction that most technology problems are decision problems wearing an engineering costume. We do not produce decks for their own sake, nor staff armies of analysts against your retainer.

Bernard Pratz

Bernard Pratz has spent thirty years writing software and fifteen leading the teams that write it, including seven as a founding CTO. He has scaled engineering organisations to fifty people, taken a hardware-to-software company through to acquisition, rebuilt collapsed infrastructure from two hundred thousand to three million monthly users at three thousand requests per second, and owned a SaaS P&L end to end under ISO 27001 certification.

He has shipped, scaled, exited, and closed. All of it informs the counsel.
